1. Who this covers
This policy describes how the iOS game Crazy Circus Trapeze Act (the "App") handles information. It applies to the App itself and to nothing else. If the App is removed from your device, everything described below goes with it.
2. Information we collect
None. No personal information, no usage analytics, no crash telemetry, no device identifiers and no advertising identifier are gathered, transmitted or stored by us. There is no sign-in, no profile and no way for us to identify a player.
Because nothing leaves your device, there is nothing for us to sell, share, disclose or hand over.
3. Information stored on your device
The App keeps your progress locally so it survives between launches. This data is written to the App's private container, is readable only by this App, and is never uploaded.

4. Camera
The camera is opened only when you tap Take a photo inside Poster Studio, and only after iOS has asked your permission. The captured frame is cropped square and drawn into the poster entirely on your device. It is not uploaded, not analysed and not retained anywhere except inside a poster you choose to keep.
You can decline camera access and still use every part of the App. Without a photograph, posters print a drawn silhouette instead.
5. Photo library
Choosing an existing image opens Apple's system photo picker. Only the single image you select is passed to the App; the App cannot see, list or read the rest of your library.
Saving a finished poster writes one image into your photo library, and iOS asks for permission the first time. Declining leaves the poster inside the App, where you can still view, keep or delete it.
6. Tracking and advertising
There is none. The App does not request the App Tracking Transparency permission because it has nothing to track with. No advertising is shown, no attribution SDK is bundled, and no data is shared with any third party for any purpose.
The App Store privacy label for this App reads Data Not Collected in every category.
7. Required-reason APIs
Apple asks apps to declare certain platform APIs and the reason they are used. The App's PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest declares exactly the following, with NSPrivacyTracking set to false and no tracking domains:

8. Support requests
If you contact us through the support page or by email, we receive the email address, the reason and the message you choose to send. We use them solely to answer your request and keep them no longer than necessary to do so. They are never combined with any in-app data, because the App produces none.
9. Children
The App is suitable for all ages and gathers no personal information from anybody, including children under 13. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing that could be collected from a child in violation of COPPA or comparable legislation.
10. Your rights
Data protection law gives you rights of access, correction, portability and erasure over personal data held about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to disclose, correct or export. Erasure is entirely in your hands:
- Settings › Strike the tent › Reset everything deletes all progress, posters and preferences while keeping the App.
- Deleting the App removes the App's entire container, including every poster it stored.
Posters you chose to save to your photo library belong to your library and are untouched by either action.
11. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the App ever changes what it does with data, this page will be updated before that version ships and the date at the top will change. A version that collected anything would also require a new App Store privacy label, which is visible on the store listing before you install.
